Worst experience in booking MMT assured rooms

I am sharing my personal experience with MMT. I booked MMT assured room. I saw the advertisement of MMT assured room. In that, they told that the customer will get the best property if we booked MMT assured room. I was traveling to Manali and booked a hotel – Hiltone resort and spa Manali.

As it was shown MMT assured hotel. I booked a room but when I reached the hotel, I saw the hotel from outside and felt so much disappointed with the hotel exterior. I went to see my room I was totally shocked again. The picture of the room displayed in MMT is totally different from real. When I entered the room it was very small and dirty. The details of that horrible room were as follows.

The carpet in the room was very old due to that presentation of the room was very untidy.
The bathroom experience was worst.
Flush was not working and no toiletries were kept.

I told them to please change the room. As hotel staff denied to change the room as this was peak season.

I tried to contact MMT Customer Care

The conversation happened between me and MMT executive in the following format.

Firstly they put my call on hold saying we are transferring to the concerned department. I was on hold for 20 min and now I knew nothing was going to happen.

Then I called, again and again, they put me hold more than 15 min. I called 3rd time and started shouting because I knew nothing is going to happen. I was again put on hold and disconnected Later.

Then I had to stay in the same hotel because I had already paid 6000INR for that filthy room for just 1 night that was not even 1 star. I tried to adjust in the room but at night insects were roaming around. It was too difficult to sleep. Spider, mosquitoes etc were also included in this MMT assured package.

I kept on trying whenever I was able to call MMT.

Next day I did not book any hotel and decided I will book whenever I will stop travelling for the day and try my luck if I could find a hotel at peak season. I tried 2-3 hotels and guess what I was able to get rooms much cleaner, spacious in range of 4000-4500 for a night.

I talked to the hotel staff during booking hotel room :

“Bhaiya, app log MMT ke hotel booking nhi lete?”

He said:

“Lete hai”

I asked

“Kya aap same room dhikate hai Online booking walo ko?”

He said:

“Nhi sir, hum bache hue room dete hai kyuki unki payment to sure hoti hai lekin jo Tourist ate hai wo ache room dhek ke hi lete hai, to hum ache rooms direct walkin tourist ko dete hai”

I was shocked to hear this. This is the biggest fraud of online companies as they never check what kind of rooms tourists are getting when they book online. However tourist who go directly get bigger, better, cleaner room than who book online.

I personally think that these stars fool us and we simply book hotel thinking nothing bad will happen. When I came back from the trip and contacted MMT. First, they closed my 2 tickets without any explanations and when I reopened the 3rd complaint then they started showing me reviews on trip advisor. However, the reviews are paid reviews. I showed them the actual review about the hotel which they denied and did not respond. The MMT assured wrote 3 stars and 4-star properties but that property was not even capable of 1 star. We have to show these big companies what common man can do to them. They cannot fool us by showing fake reviews and false advertisement.

The Only thing I regret is I did not record the conversation with the Hotel staff and did not clicked any images of the Hotel room as my Phone space was full.

The key take from this exepreince is never book online. You will find better room by direct walkin, but you will have to spend some time and effort to do that.

There are many places to see but Switzerland is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Switzerland is a mountainous area situated in the European country. This airport has international and domestic flights from Saint-Louis, France and is 8 KM from the center of Basel, Switzerland. On this airport, many international airlines run their flights to and fro to different countries. So it’s very convenient to reach Switzerland. The best months to visit the Switzerland are best from June to October because in these months its summer season. In summer season visitor can see the beautiful view and can enjoy skating.

Lake Zurich is the finest lake in the world. This lake is surrounded by the park. Over here visitors can do boating in this lake. The view of the lake, especially while boating, is stunning. For boating, the visitor can hire paddle boat or boat with the driver. The local people come here to the lake to enjoy a picnic. On the bank of the lake, visitors can have a small walk and can enjoy ice cream and enjoy the romantic scenery.

Zoo Zurich is one of the best zoos in the world. The visitors traveling with kids will love to visit this place. They can spend half days in the zoo and enjoy watching animals. The zoo is well maintained and the animals are kept in a very systematic way. In the zoo, there is a restaurant where visitors can have delicious food. The best part is to see the animal when they are fed by the team.

Old Town (Altstadt) is a place where visitors can walk around and can enjoy the old church and old architecture here. The visitors who love to see the beauty of architecture must visit here. Over here visitors can enjoy meals from the restaurant on the way. There is a lake near old town and water of the lake is crystal clear. I recommend must visit this place.

Switzerland Uetliberg Zurich Mountain Fog

Uetliberg Mountain is a place where visitors can have beautiful experience while going. The view over here is magnificent when we climb on the tower. This place is away from the city due to that visitor can inhale fresh air. Over here visitors can eat the snack in the restaurant.

Seibahn Rigiblick is the antique looking cable car here. The visitors who love to see the sunset from the hills must visit this cable car. This cable car run on electric and while traveling on it there is a beautiful and life time of an experience. The visitor had to wait for six minutes for next cable car. I recommend must visit.

Zoological Garden is a place where visitors can collect information regarding the fossil of animals, plants that lived at one time. The team working in this garden explains how the plants came to the surface. Many of the fossils look like real. Sometimes many visitors feel fossils as a live dragon. In this garden, there are mountain caves where the fossils are kept. The visitor visiting with kids love to visit here and student can collect lots of information. I recommend must visit this place.

Church of Our Lady (Fraumunster) is one of the oldest churches in the old town of Zurich. To enter the church we have to pay the small amount to enter. But will love to see the old and beautiful architecture inside the church. There is colorful and beautiful stain glass window. While walking tourist will enjoy the architecture of the church. I recommend must visit this church.

Dubai is one of the most popular places for tourists in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Dubai is also known as a Global city and is a business hub of the Middle East. About 5 Percent revenue of the Dubai comes from Oil. This amount is used by authorities to accelerate the development process of the city. Dubai is very popular for sites scenes and shopping. The primary airport is Dubai international airport. It is very convenient for the international tourist to reach from various locations. Many airlines run flights to Dubai from different countries. This airport is only 5 Km away from the city. From the airport, visitors can use metro, public buses and also radio taxis. The climate of the Dubai is very hot due to the desert area. I recommend must visit this place in cool temperature which is during months of October to March. In these months the temperature cools down to comfortable levels.

1) Burj Khalifa: This place is very popular because of its height. This is the highest tower in the world. This tower has 140 floors and mostly tourist love to see the Dubai from the height. The view from the height is amazing. I recommend seeing from the top floor, both in morning and evening. In the morning visitors can enjoy the beauty of buildings from height and in evening the lights of the building and running cars on road give a magnificent view. I recommend must visit this place.

2) Burj Al Arab is the world’s most beautiful hotel. To see the view of the hotel visitor need to hire the boat. Tourists can also click some beautiful picture outside the hotel. The hotel staff doesn’t allow visitors to visit inside without confirmation for the stay. The visitors who are staying in the hotel can enjoy the delicious food and inner view from the hotel. The hotel restaurant is surrounded with the aquarium. The kids love to see the different species of fish in the aquarium. The visitors who are not staying at the hotel can also enjoy the outer view of the hotel which is magnificent.

3) Dubai Fountain is located below the Burj Khalifa. The visitors who are in Dubai must see this fountain. The fountain water speed matches with music that is played. The fountain view is very popular among the visitors. I recommend must visit this place in the evening or night because at that time lighting arrangements with the fountain gives a magnificent view. I recommend must visit this place.

4) Guru Nanak Darbar Sikh temple is the religious place of Sikh. Every religion people can visit here. This Sikh temple has a big hall where Sikh religious book Guru Granth Sahib has been kept. In this hall, visitors can hear the prayer of Sikh rhymes and can feel peace. In this place, the free meal (Langar) is offered and served to the devotees and all other visitors. The meal is very delicious and every time new dishes are served for the visitors. The devotees clean the temple time to time. This Sikh temple is a little bit away from the city still comfortable taxi services are available for a visit. I recommend every religion people should visit this place and you will love this place.

5) Dubai Mall is the largest mall in the world. The visitors visiting with the family will enjoy visiting this mall. Over here you can enjoy shopping at reasonable prices.
