Which trains will operate: 03284 Patna-Barauni MEMU will run between Barauni to Patna and Danapur and Sasaram will leave Patna at 8.40 am everyday and will reach Barauni Junction at 1.25 pm, stopping at all stations. Similarly, under 03283, this train will turn down and leave Barauni at 2.55 pm and will reach Patna at 7.20 pm.

At the same time, from July 27, Barauni Danapur MEMU Special 03217 will again be back on track. This train will leave Barauni at 5.00 am everyday and will reach Danapur at 9.45 pm, will depart Danapur as 03218 at 5.55 pm and will reach Barauni at 11.10 pm.

Indian Railways gave huge relief to passengers, now new trains running on these routes too

Indian Railways, IRCTC: These coaches will have 83 berths instead of 72 berths like in AC-3 tier. At present, the Railway Board is in the process of fixing the fare for this class. Currently, the AC-3 tier is the entry-level AC class travel option for long-distance trains.

Indian Railways, IRCTC: For the convenience of railway passengers, the facility of more than 800 economy AC-3 coaches is being started soon. By the end of this year, passengers will start getting its benefits. According to the Railways, this service is being started for the passengers to have a cheaper and better travel experience. As per the latest information, Railways has so far designed 27 coaches exclusively for AC Economy Class and distributed them in different zones for use.

These new AC-economy coaches will be used in Duronto Express trains under Western Railway zone and other trains originating from various parts of the country. These coaches will have 83 berths instead of 72 berths as in AC-3 tier. At present, the Railway Board is in the process of fixing the fare for this class.

The Central Railway has also tweeted about this situation from its official Twitter handle. The tweet from Central Railway said, “Due to heavy rains in Kurla-Vidyavihar-Ghatkopar-Chembur area leading to water level rising on track, trains are running cautiously, 20-25 minutes late on mainline & harbour line. The rainfall in these areas from 0000 hrs to 0800 hrs was 130 mm & last one hour more than 40 mm.”

The Central Railway has also put up a series of tweets from its official Twitter handle. As of 8.30 AM on July 16, 2021, at main line from CSMT to Kalyan/ Karjat/ Kasara, trains have been running 20-25 minutes late. Again, at harbour line, from CSMT to Panvel/ Goregaon, trains have been running 20-25 minutes late.

Trains are running in trans-harbour line from Thane to Vashi/ Panvel and in fourth corridor from Belapur/ Nerul-Kharkopar line.

The Indian Railways have decided to run some special trains for the convenience of its passengers. It has also decided to restore the services of the double decker trains between Mumbai Central and Ahmedabad.

Indian Railways Special Trains List: For the convenience of the passengers, the Indian Railways have decided to run special trains between Bandra terminus and Jamnagar/ Bhavnagar. In addition to that the double decker trains between Bandra Terminus and Mahuva and from Mumba Central and Ahmedabad are also being restored.

In a recent tweet, the Western Railway has informed about the running of special trains and the restoration of the double decker trains. The tweet said, “WR to run #SpecialTrains from Bandra Terminus to Jamnagar & Bhavnagar. Trains between Bandra Terminus-Mahuva & Mumbai Central-Ahmedabad Double Decker trains are also being restored.”

The special trains to run between Bandra terminus and Jamnagar/ Bhavnagar are as follows:

1) Train no. 09123 Bandra terminus to Jamnagar Humsafar Superfast special to run from July 24, 2021on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The departure time is 11.55 PM and the arrival time is 2.25 PM the next day.

2) Train no. 09124 Jamnagar to Bandra terminus Humsafar Superfast special to run from July 25, 2021on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The departure time is 8 PM and the arrival time is 9.30 AM the next day.

3) Train no. 09235 Bandra terminus to Bhavnagar Superfast special to run from July 26, 2021 on Mondays. The departure time is 4.45 PM and the arrival time is 5.40 AM the next day.

4) Train no. 09236 Bhavnagar to Bandra terminus Superfast special to run from July 25, 2021 on Sundays. The departure time is 5.45 PM and the arrival time is 7.50 AM the next day.

The services of these trains are also being restored:

1) Train no. 09289 Bandra terminus to Mahuva Superfast special to run from July 23, 2021 on Fridays. The departure time is 4.45 PM and the arrival time is 6.45 AM the next day.

2) Train no. 09290 Mahuva to Bandra terminus Superfast special to run from July 24, 2021 on Saturdays. The departure time is 7.20 PM and the arrival time is 9.30 AM the next day.

3) Train no. 02931 Mumbai Central to Ahmedabad double decker to run from July 21, 2021, six days a week except on Sundays. The departure time is 2.30 PM and the arrival time is 9.40 PM on the same day.

4) Train no. 02932 Ahmedabad to Mumbai Central double decker to run from July 21, 2021, six days a week except on Sundays. The departure time is 6 AMand the arrival time is 12.55 PM on the same day.

The passengers must note that the above-mentioned trains will run till further notice. The passengers having confirmed tickets will be allowed to board these trains. The passengers are also requested to follow all the norms, SOPs related to COVID-19 during the journey and at the destination.

The passengers must note that booking for train no. 09123/09124 and 09235/ 09236 will open from July 20, 2021, at the nominated PRS and on IRCTC website.
