If there is no e-pass in Chardham including Badrinath-Kedarnath, then what will not be seen? Register here

After the permission of the High Court, the government has started the Chardham Yatra including Badrinath-Kedarnath, but the complicated process of registration has increased the difficulties of the pilgrims.

The passengers who have come for darshan have to wait for many days for registration. So far in Haridwar, Rishikesh, many passengers have returned due to non-registration.

Registration is necessary here

Each devotee has to submit a Covid negative report or a certificate of having a double dose of the vaccine. The people of Uttarakhand state do not need to register in the Smart City Portal.

If the devotees making the e-pass do not come, then the DM will be able to issue passes to other people at the local level. New order has been placed. However, the total number will remain the same, which has been fixed by the High Court for the four Dhams. There will be no change of any kind in it.

from Uttarakhand andProblem in registration, e-pass is not being issued from the portal for Chardham Yatra. Due to which all bookings from hotels to Chardham Yatra have to be canceled.

There is no booking of any Dham for the next 10 days. Due to not getting e-pass only, a batch of 170 people who went from Haridwar is also on the verge of return. Sumit Shrikunj, General Secretary, Travels Association said that many passengers have returned due to non-receipt of e-pass. Nand Kumar, who came from Pune, told that the government should stop the registration on the portal.

Without e-pass, the problem

of passengers coming on Badrinath, Hemkund Yatra for Char Dham Yatra is regarding e-pass. 40 percent of the passengers did not come after making the e-pass and the passengers who could not make the e-pass, they have come on the journey.

Now they have to go back. E-passes are not being issued to other people in place of those whose names have already been issued e-passes and could not come on the journey.

Kulwinder Singh of the passenger group, Simran Jeet Kaur said that the forms of Kovid test should be seen in Srinagar, Rishikesh only. Passengers who were worried about being

told slot full, passengers from Bhopal and Guna in Madhya Pradesh were upset in the Chardham Yatra bus terminal compound of Rishikesh, the first stop of Chardham Yatra.

They were registering online for the e-pass on the website of Devasthanam Board, but the website is not registering as the slot of the e-pass is full. Can’t travel without e-pass, so travelers are trying to register on the site again and again. Even after three hours the registration was not done.

Meanwhile, ARTO enforcement Pankaj Srivastava reached the spot and listened to the problems of the passengers. But he raised his hand stating the matter of Devasthanam Board.

Sonali Sahu, who came from Bhopal, told that she had come with her parents for the first time for Chardham Yatra. Due to the chaos of the Uttarakhand government, they have to return without visiting the Dhams. Other passengers also returned home disappointed.

Passengers upset

Uttarkashi due to over-registration . Pilgrims coming on Chardham Yatra are facing a lot of trouble regarding registration, e-pass, green card. Passengers say that they have to make five to six registrations to go on the journey. Passengers have also expressed their displeasure over the limited number of checks being done in places and for darshan in the dhams.

Said that darshan is happening in one dham, but one has to wait for a week for darshan of other dham. Travelers say that the registration of the journey of the four Dhams should be done on the Smart City Portal only.

Suggestions of devotees

  • Registration number should be increased for Chardham Darshan –
  • instead of those who do not come despite e-pass, other passengers get a chance –
  • Biometric registration facility should be restored at bus terminal instead of e-pass
  • – Documents of Kovid 19 There should be a simple system for checking the
  • tax waiver of vehicles should be updated on the portal

Allegation: E-pass

slot is coming full on the website of Devasthanam Board without asking for 30 thousand without e-pass , but some travel agents in Chardham Yatra Bus Terminal Compound are bluffing pilgrims to travel by paying exorbitant amount.

On Thursday, such a case was disclosed by Sonali Sahu, who came on Chardham Yatra for the first time with her parents from Bhopal. Sonali told that due to non-registration of e-pass, a travel agency went to the bus stand premises itself. Told the story to the travel agent.

Sonali told that the travel agent said that 10 thousand rupees will be charged for a person. That is, 30 thousand of three people. I will get the two dhams done without e-pass. Sonali has complained about this in writing to ARTO Enforcement.

ARTO Enforcement Pankaj Srivastava said that such a complaint has been received. The letter has been sent to the SDM and the Police Officer. They are the only ones authorized to take action.

has been five days since the Chardham Yatra started, but the preparations are incomplete. In such a situation, the pilgrims coming on the Yatra will have to face problems.

Surprisingly, the passenger health facility has not yet been opened in the Chardham Yatra Bus Terminal compound. AK Srivastava, personal secretary of the Travel Administration Organization, said that the health center will open by Saturday.

Pilgrim Assistance Center Not

Functional Even two days after the order of SDM Rishikesh, the Pilgrim Assistance Center in  Chardham Yatra Bus Terminal Compound could not be made operational.

The counters of tourism, police, transport, municipal corporation were to be set up in the center and the duty of the employees of all the departments was to be done, but the service has not started yet.
